This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ANSD Corporation (ansdcorporation.in) collects when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have as a Data Principal under Indian law. Questions: shop@ansdcorporation.in.
1. Who is the Data Fiduciary
ANSD Corporation, operating from B-17, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110095, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on ansdcorporation.in. The Grievance / Nodal Officer is reachable at shop@ansdcorporation.in.
2. What we collect and why
- Account and order data — name, email, phone, shipping address, order history — to process orders, send tracking, and provide support.
- Payment data — handled by the payment gateway. We only see status and limited identifiers, not full card or UPI credentials.
- Login data — if you sign in with Google, we receive name, email, and profile picture.
- Browsing and device data — pages viewed, device type, city-level location from IP, used to improve the store.
- Cart and wishlist data — stored in your browser and, if signed in, on our servers.
- Support and stylist chats — used to answer you. Do not share Aadhaar, PAN, or financial credentials in chat.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Lawful basis
We process data on consent, legitimate use to fulfil an order you placed, or legal obligation (GST and invoice retention).
4. Who we share data with
Only vendors needed to run the shop: hosting, payments, analytics, email, and courier partners. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the cart and session working. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us fix broken flows. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Retention
Order records and GST invoices are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Account profiles are deleted 30 days after a deletion request. Marketing opt-ins stay until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may access, correct, or erase your data (subject to legal retention), withdraw marketing consent, and register a grievance. Email shop@ansdcorporation.in with the subject “Data Request”. We respond within 7 business days.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Payment credentials never touch our servers. If a personal-data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
