Welcome to ANSD Corporation (ansdcorporation.in). These Terms govern your use of this website, our products, and related services. By browsing or placing an order you agree to them in full.

1. Who we are

ANSD Corporation is an independent Indian streetwear label. The store is operated from B-17, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110095. Contact: shop@ansdcorporation.in.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

3. Limited-drop model

We do not run continuous inventory. Once a size sells out it is not restocked. All sales are final. Approved defect or size-exchange claims are settled as store credit at 1:1 with INR — see the Returns policy.

4. Placing an order

Add pieces to your bag, choose Prepaid or Cash on Delivery, and complete checkout. A confirmation email is our acceptance of the order. We dispatch within 36 working hours. We may refuse an order for fraud, mispricing, or an unserviceable address; any pre-payment is refunded to the original method.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The price locked when you pay is the price you pay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.

6. Shipping

Prepaid orders ship free across India. COD carries a ₹99 fee. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days. Full details are on the Shipping Policy page.

7. Returns and store credit

Cash refunds are not offered. Defect and size-exchange claims must be raised within 36 hours of delivery at shop@ansdcorporation.in. Approved claims become store credit that never expires.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for fraud, fake COD orders, scraping, or copying our designs, photos, or brand assets without written permission.

9. Intellectual property

Designs, photographs, text, logos, and code on ansdcorporation.in are owned by ANSD Corporation or used under licence.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for a claim is capped at the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Grievance redressal
