Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Short version: ANSD Corporation is a limited-drop label. All sales are final and cash refunds are not offered. Approved claims (defects, transit damage, wrong item, size exchanges) are settled as store credit at 1:1 with INR. Credit never expires.
1. Why we do not offer cash refunds
Each drop is produced in a small quantity. Returned inventory cannot be resold into a restock that will never happen. Store credit preserves that model and keeps the same rupee value for you.
2. The 36-hour claim window
Raise defect, damage, or size-exchange claims within 36 hours of delivery. Email shop@ansdcorporation.in with your order number, 2–4 clear photographs, and a one-line description. We reply within 48 working hours.
3. What we cover
- Manufacturing defects — stitching failure, holes, misprints, uneven dye, missing labels.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Significant transit damage where the garment is affected.
- Size exchange for the same design, unworn and unwashed, if the other size is in stock.
4. What we do not cover
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Wrong size when a size chart was on the product page.
- Minor colour variation between screen and fabric.
- Slight print-placement variance from small-batch finishing.
- Wear, wash mistakes, or claims after the 36-hour window.
- Items marked Final Sale or bought in a clearance event.
5. Size exchanges
If the replacement size is in stock and the piece is unworn, we arrange a swap at no extra shipping fee for the first exchange. If the size is gone, we issue store credit.
6. Store credit
Issued 1:1 with INR, never expires, applied at checkout on the same account, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
7. Cancellation before dispatch
If we have not handed the parcel to the courier, email shop@ansdcorporation.in. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.
8. Escalation
